I am still very much in the trenches of weight loss. I hope to achieve a healthy weight. I am 5'3" and I weigh 211.6 pounds. I started 2007 at 255 pounds and with a broken set of toes. The method that I use is in many ways simple and based on the work of others. Simplicity seems to be key for me. Baby steps help as well. Exercise is an integral part of my success. None of these concepts are novel or new. Together it seems to be working and I wanted to share it with others who may benefit.
